The role
This isn’t high-volume marketing. It’s informed, deliberate activity.

Initially, you’ll build a strong understanding of the business, including its products, customers, CRM and marketing channels. From there, your focus shifts to opportunity and insight.

You’ll monitor UK procurement portals, identifying and assessing relevant tenders and applying judgement to what is genuinely worth pursuing. Alongside this, you’ll help shape external positioning, managing social media and reviewing product literature, brochures and online content to ensure clarity, consistency and credibility.

A key part of the role is market intelligence. You’ll track competitor activity, understand market movement and build a clearer picture of where opportunity sits, adding context and value to commercial decision-making.

As your knowledge develops, you’ll expand into European markets, working across EU procurement portals and developing regional insight.

Over time, you’ll become a central link between market understanding and how the business positions itself to win.
